Valen members receive lab services for only $5 per lab. Simply get a copy of the lab order from your healthcare provider and send it to our Concierge Service team. We’ll get the labs ordered for at a convenient lab nearby. Participating labs include Labcorp, Quest, and more.
$150 Imaging
Unlimited imaging for just $150 per imaging service.
Imaging services include MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, Xrays, Mammogram, Ultrasound, DEXA Bone Scan, MRA, and CTA. Members get a copy of the imaging order from their provider and send it to our concierge team who orders the imaging service for the member. Participating centers include Touchstone Imaging, Preferred Imaging, Envision Imaging, and more.
Colonoscopy & EGD

Our negotiated rates for colonoscopy and EGD are as low as $1,275 depending on the region. That’s over 70% lower than the national average. Rates include the facility, GI physician, anesthesia, and pathology bundled into one low price.
